Never any parking anywhere close to your apartment. Some residents have 2-3 vehicles that never move.

I love it here and would love to have other friends and family who needed an apartment join the Madison Park community BUT it the rents continue to rise I wouldn't encourage them.

We are new to the community. So far, our experience has been very pleasant. We have had cmments from friends and family who have praised the beauty of your property. My son was wishing he hadn't ust renewed his lease at his current residence.

I think ceiling fans would be great in the bedrooms. The grass has been extremely long and when they cut it after its been so long, it smels and all the clippings get tracked in the apartment if you walk through it. Need to do a better job at pet waste that doesn't get cleaned up or bags changed daily. Parking is a little tight at times.

The staff is wonderful! I love the apartment! Annoying/rude neighbors is the only negative (rent is getting pretty high, too.)
