Small in my opinion for the rental rate. Small closets, living room, and kitchen. Windows creak badly with high winds. Trash pick up service is sub standard overall.Way too many missed pick ups. Quiet atmosphere based on how the apartment was constructed. Nice looking buildings and grounds.

The cost exceed the quality. Garbage pickup seems to be a problem the finishes appear dated like countertops. Stove is dated. Refrigerator is missing ice cube bin, microwave has a burned out numeral in the read out. Had a wall fixed after a plumbing leak. Work was marginal strike plate on front door need fixed.lot of money each month for this place!
