From the moment I talked to the leasing agent on the telephone, to the point I left the community, I felt valued. The leasing agent was very engaging. The community had more amenities than most and was very appealing.

Although this was a bit more North of the Springs than I anticipated, I love this apartment. Amazing clubhouse, apartment feels almost like a house, and any concern I had was addressed quickly. Staff is efficient and helpful, and I can't wait to renew my my lease. The location of Monument worried me, but it is right in the middle of Castle Rock and the Springs, so any traveling did not take long at all. Definitely a good choice if you are wanting a luxurious, pleasing home, no matter how long you want to stay.

The complex was gorgeous and I especially liked the dog washing station as I haven't seen that at a complex yet. The price for the apartment was comparable for the amenities you get. To have a heated pool and computer available is an advantage for me. The community was clean and was nice in landscape.

Everything seemed perfect from the location to the property itself and the service level I experienced. It was quite impressive!

The Vistas at Jackson Creek was a beautiful and well cared for community. It offered spacious and modern apartments and exceptional amenities. The staff was kind and caring and they offered many resident activities. A great place to call home!
