I would not want to tell someone to live here and have to deal with all the disarray I've dealt with.

I would not because of the cost, the amount of people living in the same place, and the Rats.

Has great amenities but some of them don’t work (sauna). Limited parking, false promises by management, AC not cooling apartment, towed vehicles, all make the place tough to like. The size of my apartment and the location are great.

Would not recommend to anyone with more than one car (basically anyone not living alone). Also, would be hesitant to recommend based on the current rental rates and the frequent inaccessibility of amenities.

It's been mostly awful.

I would never tell anyone I cared about to move here its not very homey the mantince never actually fix anything. All they do is throw party’s at the leasing office.

Too many shady characters roaming around during the day and especially not get.

Communication is subpar and inconsistent. Lighting is sorely lacking. Pet policies are not enforced.

Parking is horrendous anytime after 5pm on workdays, and unless you pay for a very small carport or far away garage, you have to plan your schedule around parking relatively close to your living. The gym is always unkempt and has many broken machines/missing parts, which was a big factor in me choosing this complex to live in. The pool is always saturated with delinquent adolescents and non-members of the community, who make the hot tub/indoor pool area unwelcoming to relax at after a workout or in general. Overall, if every residence had simply one parking space reserved for the apartment, the gym was kept up with and properly maintained and there were better enforcement on the amenities, this complex would be ideal.

The rodents are a huge problem and they are gross. There’s nothing worse than having to explain to people that squirrels or rats live in your walls and make a lot of noise.

Based on what I have seen so far (overflowing dumpsters and pet waste receptacles) I would have a hard time recommending this complex. I would also have to see an improvement in the amenities.

I like the amenities and location but the parking and air conditioning in our third floor apartment isn’t my favorite.

I think the price is a bit high due to the age of the units the refurbished ones are not completely redone - so I would say to ask for a lower rate - but the community is very nice they manage the property well and are very friendly and professional!

Reasons I WOULD recommend would be due to the fantastic maintenance staff. I have really only dealt with one guy but he is amazing. Reasons I WOULD NOT recommend would be the lack of parking. There is never any available parking.
