The staff was very friendly and well trained. I felt like I was treated like a friend or family member. The agent was professional and did a good job informing me about the community and apartment.

These apartments feel like a town home rather then an apartment. The are such unique floor plans. They are gorgeous!

The community looked great and the new pool will be beautiful. The price was average for the area, and the amenities were what I would expect. I would feel comfortable living here being a single person. I would recommend this community to others.

Overall, I had a great experience at the community. The community was beautiful, quiet, and quaint. The associates were professional and genuine. They worked very hard to meet my expectations and they also had great customer service. I would have liked to have leased there and call the community home after the presentation.

Alara offers upscale living in the heart of the Denver tech center.

I just moved to Denver in July and was looking for a town home that was spacious, in a nice area, and had a garage and Alara offered that. It is true, it is often hard to find parking as residents don't use their garages, or have too many cars to fit in the garage. Sometimes there is dog waste leftover in the grass, however, you will find that at any complex. I find the maintenance staff to be responsive and easy to work with. My dogs destroyed the blinds, and they were replaced at no charge. The complex has frequent social gatherings, which is a great way to meet new people. I find the staff to be extremely friendly and responsive, and I am not "friends' with them. Overall, I am very happy with living in Alara.

I have had a much different experience from the two other reviewers. I have found management to be responsive and the community a nice place to live. The maintenance staff is not particularly friendly but they are responsive and do a good job. It is a great neighborhood, near everything one could need and priced pretty much on par with similar properties. I certainly would have no problem recommending this place to a friend.

Trash collection is M,W,F but trash is left out by residents all days. The staff also leaves trash out from updating apartments for days. Management does not enforce the rules unless you as a resident complain. The grounds are not taken care of very well. Maintenance leaves a mess behind when they fix something in your apartment. This place has gone down hill since 2009.

Never enough parking, tenants almost always have 3 cars when lease clearly says only two. Dog poop hardly ever picked up in grassy areas. Water bill about $50/mo which is outrageous. Maintenance staff sketchy and don't fix problems like a pro would. Apartments show wear and tear. Management is rude, she is snobby to anyone she isn't friends with.

Worst of all they allow smoking.
