Looks are deceiving. Look carefully. There are no sidewalks. Come evening hour, after the garage owners are home, they constantly block your sidewalk ramp connectors with their two plus cars in a one car garage spot. That leaves you walking where cars need to drive. They don't clean the snow properly so gather your ice skates come winter. Not only do you not have proper sidewalks due to the aforementioned, you will be forced to walk on massive ice patches walking to your garbage bin or your mailbox.

This community offers luxury living in the heart of Glendale.

I felt this property had everything one could want. It was in a good location and had every amenity one could want.

The community had nice amenities and appeared to be well maintained. The leasing agent I worked with was professional and courteous.

We have been at Heritage Creek for almost a year. We appreciate the location, but the hot tub has not worked since we moved in, we had damage to our apartment when they renovated the unit above us and we were refused any sort of compensation for the 3 week inconvenience. When our lease came around, they offered our renewal at a hike of $90/month and there dis a 60 day notice policy, which makes it more challenging to have a seamless move at the end of the contract. Since we have been at HC, there have been 3 separate management personnel in the office and the left hand, never eels to know what the right hand wants to do. It is a shame that these apartments are overpriced, because the location is very convenient. Still, there are better values out there and we cannot wait to move out because of the exorbitant rent hike.

Heritage Creek is a beautiful apartment community that is viewed from the main road. It commands attention. There are security gates, which are a good touch. The renovated apartments, plus the amenities and the surrounds areas shops and attractions make this a great community and location.

This community is in a beautiful park like setting. The storage is incredible.

The community was clean. The amenities at the community were very nice.

I did not feel much engagement from the leasing agent. He was pleasant and helpful but did not go out of his way to make me feel like he cared for me as a potential resident. The community was nice and the grounds were very nicely maintained. The stairs leading up to the second floor apartments in the building I was shown had a lot of flaking paint which made it look like the building was older.

I felt that the apartments themselves were below average for the rent that was being asked. I would expect a little bit of a nicer look overall for the amount of money being asked. The outside of the community looked great.

The community offered city living in a secluded location. The recently updated floor plans offered a modern living experience. The location was not easy to find and better identifying signage was needed.

It would be a great place to live, based on the presentation I received.

I very much enjoyed viewing this community. The grounds were attractive and peaceful. The location was excellent. It was secluded, yet right in the midst of things. The agent made an attempt to connect by listening and responding accordingly. I would definitely give this community serious consideration if I was looking for a home.
