Great for student/new couple

I believe that if you are college students looking to share an apartment or a couple just getting started without much these are perfect. I'm mainly referring to the size. It's rather odd. The bedrooms are pretty much the same size if not a little larger than the living area.

That isn't a bad thing if you haven't been married for a significant amount of time and have been down sizing but still have furniture from a home. Meaning that if you have larger furniture it isn't all going to fit in the living area.

The kitchen is a galley style kitchen with limited amount of storage. Again, for college students or new couple it isn't an issue. If you are an experienced cook it will drive you crazy with the design.

The doors are in rather odd places going into the master. You open the door going into the master, which is fine, but then you have to close that door to get into the master bathroom. It's kind of like playing musical doors to get in and out of the master bathroom and master bedroom.

No overhead lighting except in the hallway, dining room and the kitchen light is florescent.

Now, with all of that said, we really do like the apartment, but we have been married 28 years, so it is just taking getting time to get used to it. They aren't bad apartments at all. The area is incredibly quiet, the pool/hot tub area is always clean and even when "heavy" use is going on, it's still quiet.

It isn't an overly bad place to live. Closet space is huge, bedrooms are really good size.... Just don't come from a large home and expect what you are used to. Even though we knew that, it's still hard to adjust.

Feedback from an independent evaluator

The leasing profession's presentation was pleasant and informational, but it was not personalized at all. She seemed more interested in getting the apartment leased than finding me exactly what I was looking for. Also, nothing that the leasing professional can control, but I felt for what you would get, the rent was very high which is why I would have a hard time recommending this property.

I found the community to be beautifully landscaped and appealing. The curb appeal was high, and the community felt homey and welcoming. The fact that the clubhouse was available for rental was an attractive amenity. Also, the fact that the pool is heated year round was also appealing.
