This apartment community was warm and inviting. The colors of the office area were welcoming. The seasonal pool was nice. There was a 24 hour fitness center on-site.

The staff was very knowledgeable and knew the community inside and out.

I found the property to be older and lacking any strong value. The apartment had no upgrades. The agent was friendly and welcoming.

I had a nice and pleasant tour of the community. The leasing agent was friendly and showed me all the spacious apartments and what the community had to offer. The location was great and very convenient to many shops, restaurants and the IMAX movie theater.

I would be very happy to live in this apartment community. Great price and great amenities. Very modern and lots of windows. Loved the patio access from the bedroom.

The main problem with the community was the condition of the exterior of the buildings and they were being repainted and addressed when I visited. The leasing professional was polite but needs to work on creating a sense of urgency. The location and rental rates make his community very economical and what I believe to be a great deal.

Mary did a great job relating and empathizing with me.She was a great listener and had a compassionate attitude towards my situation. She could have asked more questions about my lifestyle before she toured me, in order to personalize it to my needs and likes. She and I built a connection. Mary is one of those people that is easy to hang out with. I would have rented here based on her presentation.
