This is a very attractive apartment community. The grounds are well maintained and the buildings are attractive. The newly renovated apartments are very nice and up-to-date, with plank flooring throughout with the exception of the bedrooms and closets.

The setting for the community is park-like. The apartments are quality. The environment is serene. The community is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. It would be a great place to live.

Very nice
Overall, very nice apartments. I would say the staff is a little too busy, that's the only reason they aren't as responsive as they should be. Grounds are beautiful and tenants are nice.
Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. We are working as a team to streamline things so that we can provide a better customer experience. With that, we will be having a gift wrapping station in our club house that is available for you through the end of the week to help with all those holiday packages and then on the 28th of December we will be hosting Monday Night Football with FREE food. We do hope that you will join us so that we can connect with you in a more slowed down setting.

It is good
quiet , nice location ,but it needs more attention and clean.

I think the property is beautiful and comfortable
I thoroughly enjoy living in the One Belmar place. My only qualm is we were promised a fireplace in our apartment, there was not one, and then we were told we would have a portable one, and were never provided with one, and the staff has not ever gotten in contact with us after multiple times they have promised they would. The maintenance staff is awesome and the place is well taken care of

While installing a fireplace is not an option we have, we can look at what we may be able to do. I really love living here
I love living at Belmar The only thing I wish was improved was the upkeep of the grounds. The stairwells get really dirty.

This is a beautifully renovated property. Both the apartments and clubhouse are modern and high end. The year round pool is lovely, and the fitness center is larger than most with brand new equipment. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and there is a tremendous amount of community pride.
