Need to be better at cleaning up after a snow fall. I have to walk my dogs several times a day and find that there are many spots, especially those facing north that are never cleared. Those north facing areas need much more attention. This is especially true when walking in the dark

All the reasons listed above. I know this is an older complex so its not going to have the perfect qualities of a brand bew place, but for the hot water not lasting long enough to take a long shower, hearing neighbors toilets flush over your dinner table, hearing neighbors on other walls music come through bedroom vents, and other neighbors sound like they are sliding heavy furniture across the floor super loudly every day, I just don't think its worth referring for how loud these units are hearing everything. I know in apartments you'll hear a thud or maybe even music bass, but not full clear conversations, not toilets & water flushing really loudly to the point friends & family ask me "wow what was that?!" If those improvements were made w better insulation, I'd consider referring to living here.

I would recommend this because I am there. A community is only as strong as it's people. If a complex becomes to transient then the likely-hood to feel lonely and displaced it high. I think I am liking it because more people have been there longer than a year.

The maintenance issues alone are enough to make me not want to recommend the community.

Rent is too high for apartment. Not enough storage space, too many stairs.

I love living at Carriage Place

Nice, quiet, clean, safe complex but expensive compared to other apartments in DTC.

Bad neighbors and the rent is far too expensive.

I wouldn't want to refer anyone. Get your stuff together and that may change.

Rules are not followed. Trash cans left out/never picked up. Look out my front window there are 3 trash cans out all day, never taken in. Terrible problem with people not cleaning up after their dogs. Especially bad around the fitness facility.

cost of rent, utilities and common areas aren't kept

I work across the street...the convenience of walking is the best part.

Professionally managed and maintained. Beautiful area.

I think the doggie stations need to be more maintained. We should not have to let you know when the bags are out and should not have to dispose of the large waste bags. This should be done weekly at least.

Great value for the area and the apartment amenities. Safe, clean, nice people.
