I felt no connection to this community or leasing agent. Nothing was shown to entice me in the apartment and I would not recommend this community based on the interaction with the leasing agent.

The staff gave very good information with a friendly attitude and smile. I did not feel the staff were trying to overpower or convince me to make a commitment which I was not ready to make. I felt valued during my visit.

I would highly recommend this community. It was close to all major roads, major entertainment, shopping and restaurants. The community was very well kept. It was obvious the management took pride in the community. I felt very comfortable there.

I had a very nice tour of the community and I was very impressed with the community all the amenities that were there. The apartments showed beautifully and were very spacious. I believe you got a great value for your money there and the location could not be beat.

Both on the phone and in person, I felt that I was just another phone call and person to deal with. Both the phone call and the visit seemed rushed, with no personal interest in me or in showing off the community. The community was very nice and the apartment was impressively sized. The model apartment was pristine and nicely decorated. Had the leasing professional shown more interest in both myself and the presentation of the community, it would have likely been an easy decision to want to rent an apartment in the community. I did feel that the special promotion was a great offer.

I moved here in April 2011. Since then, I have received nothing but the best service and support from management, and a stress-free environment to come home to. I've known Desiree and Jesus the longest, and seriously, they have always been there for any question or concern... from minor apartment maintenance to scheduling payment when I was out of town. During the summer, early mornings or late evenings at the pool have been relaxing; during the winter, a morning cup of coffee; and all year long, neighbors that are pleasant and considerate. When it comes to choosing a home, living here has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Stetson Ridge Apartments has satisified our needs as a nice place before buying a house. We love that they try to promote community and are always happy to see us. The only negative would be the matintenance. Several reminders are needed to get maintenance staff to fix a problem and often times the solutions are not permanent. Otherwise, we are both happy to have called this home for over one year.

I found the complex to be very well maintained and welcoming. The sales pitch by the leasing agent was professional. I do think charging an extra $25 for a fireplace is a bit much for something already built in the apartment.

I felt satisfied and even happy with Margo's interaction with me at the site. I was not thrilled with her phone skills however. Margo had a great smile and a friendly disposition. She stayed focused on me and listened to me and answered all of my questions. I thought Margo was a good salesperson. She did a great job of attempting to close and seal the deal.
