The staff member was pretty much going through the motions. There was nothing to get me excited about the apartment or the community. The location was good.

The website was frustrating, as it offered no information, unless personal information was given. The community was well kept. The apartment itself was very inviting. With the exception of a portion of the ceiling in the living room that needed repair, the apartment shown was very well taken care of. It looked newer than it was. The floor plan was exceptional. I really liked the layout.

The property was well kept and well maintained. It had good curb appeal. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend the community. I could definitely see myself living there. The agent was very friendly and listened to me. She developed a good rapport with me and did an excellent job showing the community. The rental rate was low based on qualifications. The community offered a lot for the rental prices.

The property offered little for the price. No upgrades or special features. The agent gave a general presentation, but worked hard to gain a commitment.

The community was very well maintained. The apartments were spacious. Everything was updated and modern. It was in a very convenient location.

When I first started looking for an apartment Stetson Meadows was high on my list of possibilities. I met with Linda, the manager, who was very personable and extremely willing to work with me on price and timing. She kept me informed of the process every step of the way and was quick to return my phone calls and answer my endless questions. Linda and Eileen are both extremely professional yet have the touch of personality that makes knowing and dealing with them a real pleasure. I am very happy now that I have moved into the complex, and find that every service issue reported has been handled in a very timely manner with skill and polish. I cannot recommend this property and its personnel enough- they have everything to offer and continue to make my living here a true joy.

I was not impressed with the model or presentation. I like the general area where the property is located and that makes the price point tolerable. I was not impressed with the square footage for the market rent price, and the living room was very small. Overall, as I stated it would be tolerable, but I would not consider this to be a residence for a long term lease.

I felt that the leasing professional could have made more of an effort to connect with me by listening to me and answering my questions. At the site she came across in a much more positive light. She was not as outgoing or energetic as I would have liked, but that was her personality and style. She seemed somewhat sophisticated but dangerously close to snobby. She was professional in the way that she dressed and in the materials that she provided me. As the visit progressed, she became more open and began to make a connection with me, but my ability to stick with her from the beginning to the end in real life would have been compromised by the initial phone call. Linda lacked some basic customer service and sales skills such as intentional listening, restating and responding to my statements. She did not smile very much and seemed focused mainly on her objectives and getting the job done. The leasing professional won me over in the end. However, it was a struggle for me to hang in there with a positive attitude at the beginning.
