Great location with a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. This is a gated community with very nice neighbors and an awesome staff! We are close to several shopping centers, restaurants, schools, parks, banks and any other place you may want to visit. We have a great swimming pool with water fountains and a nice sized hot tub. Our complex also includes a free car wash and full gym; not to mention access to a 14 miles of bike path. Renters here also have opportunities to use computers, printers, and game room. As a renter here, I REALLY appreciate the valley trash pick up. Cable and internet are also included in our rent: it is always great to have less bills to worry about! Garden of the God's; along with many other attractions are within a short drive. I love my new apartment and also enjoy my own laundry room, balcony deck and garage. The Peaks at Woodmen has treated my family with respect and I enjoy living here.

This is a lovely apartment community. It appeared new and up to date. The on-site team was great!

The community was new and in good shape. The community was gated and the apartments had a lot of upgraded touches. I felt that it was a good deal for the money.

The fact that the leasing professional actually lives there and is so proud of this community says a lot. She showed genuine interest in my opinions. She made me want to be her neighbor.

The property was new and well maintained. It offered very nice amenities and had spacious apartments. Overall, it was one of the better locations I had seen recently. The agent did a very good job working to close me and engage me.

I've lived here for 2 months and it's pretty good. The community is nice and there are alot of nice amenities. The only gripe I have about the place is that they cut a few corners while building it. Little things, that add up. The sink fixtures are cheap, the "wood" (actually a laminate) floors have some weird scuffing that makes them look dirty, and my garage door track was screwed into just the drywall. It fell out the first week and was fixed by maintenance.

Overall it's a nice place to live, comfortable, pretty quiet and modern, but it could have been fantastic with just a little more effort and money.

The leasing professional did a wonderful job. She was prepared and ready for me when I came to visit the community. She was able to relate to me and made me feel comfortable, welcome and at home. She was at ease, yet was extremely conscientious of doing an excellent job.

The property was immaculate and full of upgraded amenities. I would say that for the area it was a bit overpriced.

I was definitely wowed by my experience today. The leasing consultant was super fantastic and never missed a beat I was amazed. The community offered great things. It would be a great place to call home. I would recommend this community.
