This property was extraordinary from the upkeep of the apartments and option for upgrading to the amenities that were available within the community. The year-round pool was unique in its design and beautiful in appearance. It was surrounded by resort like lounging areas.

I was pleased with the community; it was very comfortable and welcoming, yet I would never pay that much to live in a two bedroom apartment with no assigned parking unless you want to pay an additional fee for a garage each month. I also felt like they had a lot of initial fees to start off. I loved the apartment I saw. It was very nice. The leasing agent was confident and pleasant, but not overly friendly or personable.

I felt that the professional presentation and amenities of the community were exceptional. When one considers the incentives that were offered, it was very hard to turn down.

I had an excellent experience. The grounds and amenities were immaculate. The curb appeal was excellent. I especially liked the fountain. It made it very inviting. I would definitely recommend the community. The leasing agent was very energetic. She listened to my needs and tried to accommodate me. She did an excellent job presenting Riverstone management. She established a good rapport and I felt very comfortable with her. It was like talking to a friend. I appreciated the time the agent took with me inside the apartment. She showcased all of the features in the apartment.

The community was very nice. The apartments were quite large. I was impressed that three bedroom apartments were offered. The garage and storage units, as an added feature, were a definite plus. The pool area was beautiful and I liked that it was offered year around. I did not feel like the community was upsold, as far as benefits/amenities, enough to justify the amount of rent requested.

This property was one of the best apartment communities that I have visited as a shopper. The apartments and amenities were excellent. The leasing agents were exceptional and professional.

I really enjoyed my tour of this community. The leasing professional gave me a wonderful presentation of the apartments and all the many features and benefits. The year round pool was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The fitness center and clubhouse were immaculate as well. The leasing professional really impressed me when he took his time to help a resident out with the computer. She raved to me about the community while he did so, which was a huge plus. That told me this must be a great place to live, where the staff really cares about their residents. Five stars!

The agent was friendly and had a nice smile, but she did not ask me what I specifically was looking for in an apartment. Therefore she could not tailor the presentation to my needs. She did seem very helpful and gave a thorough tour of the property and apartment.

The leasing professional was inviting and professional. The community sells itself with its resort quality landscaping and exceptional amenities. The clubhouse was warm and welcoming. The business office offered more then most with the conference table. The apartment was outstanding, roomy and detail oriented. The bathrooms surpassed any I have seen in an apartment community. The bedrooms were large, and the attached garage was a major bonus for storage, winter and close parking. A community worthy of calling home.
