I lived here two years too long. Poor management, cheap maintenance, overpriced, and noisy (especially if you have a neighbor above). Pet friendly with mange, fleas, wasps and bees on grounds and spiders and other insects inside. Good luck keeping the horsefly's outside. This is an old property the new owners are trying to disguise by remodeling. 

The rent is appropriate for the apartment. I don't want to be "apartment poor", but I have to compromise with an apartment with dated appliances and that is a cellular black hole. (I have to stand on the patio if I don't want the call to drop)

Rent always goes up. New management has not proved themselves.

Again...I would say for the location....ease of access to the shopping centers...and community at large.

It's one thing after another. From the time I moved in its been constant drama. From being posted an eviction notice for all to see due to accidental fees being charged to my account, constantly having to submit service requests, to not having a parking spot, at this time I would not recommend Warwick.

They are very nice staff is frendly good community

I would recommend this apart community because it provides great amenities and is a safe area.

For the most part, this is a nice quiet apartment facility. I have lived in many so I know issues happen. I do enjoy where we are located and that it is quiet.

I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex, the price of apartments are a little high, but it's worth it.

maybe-if they have a pet. One of my friends pointed out that my appliances are old and the place needed repairs compared to other apt we looked at. I like my neighbors and this place is close to my job.

Would recommend for- Close to shopping& bus. Washer/dryer included. Swimming pool is nice.
Would not recommend for - Old appliances, walls are a bit thin so you hear your neighbors.

Rents have gotten too high.

Besides the manager is rude and racial. their is poop everywhere in the lawn. I would never recommend to anyone and I will do every thing in my power to warn people.

I have recommended it. All my friends like it. But the price drives them away.

If a friend or coworker was just starting out on their own, this complex may suit them for a year or two. But once the get on their feet, I could easily see friends moving on to someplace nicer.
