I have had a positive experience living here. I would recommend the apartment complex but would reference the person to take into consideration that some of the apt features need to be updated as well as the gym when they look at the price and compare with other apt complexes.

My experience at this community was pleasurable. The agents were very nice and friendly. I felt comfortable touring the community with the agent. The grounds were kept up very nicely. The amenities were nice. The apartment model was beautiful. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

The one thing I don't like is that when sitting in my living room I can hear everyone come up the stairs. The outside wall is not very soundproof.

Pool area is loud and residents are often (every night) in the area outside of the pool hours. Often past midnight. Very little is done to curb this behavior.

My apartment location is quiet, which is important to me... but I am not happy with the cleanliness of the hallways and entry way to the building. It is clear that these areas are not cleaned (I am into my second year leasing this apartment and it is still the same as when I provided this feedback originally.
Thank you for your review! Please know we do have an outside vendor come quarterly to clean the breezeways, although concrete unfortunately does show signs of wear and tear :) I am so happy to hear that your are enjoying your peaceful apartment!

The community was beautiful with very nice landscaping and very well kept. The model apartment was beautifully laid out with furniture that complimented the interior, beautiful wood floors, and it was tastefully decorated.
The community offered many amenities, including a year round pool, 24 hour fitness center and a hot tub, and there was a green biking/walking path that went for many miles that was readily accessible. The community was also convenient to shopping and in a quiet suburban area.

The marquis is advertised as luxury, the club house is luxury, the apartments are not. The staff is the number one reason I would recommend these apartments. The aging of the apartment appliances is the one reason I would not recommend these apartments.
