staff is great, any issues get resolved quickly, the premise always looks great as far as landscaping (I always notice the flowers).

It looks great on the website, but the actual apartment was dirty and gross when we moved in. There were cobwebs all along the hallway ceiling, on the sprinklers, and corners, plus black dog hair along the base boards of ALL the rooms. The carpets were cleaned the morning we moved in, so they were wet when we were unpacking the moving truck. There are so many things that are broken...the window, 2 screens, sliding door, the dryer takes 2 complete cycles until the clothes are dry, the dishwasher leaks water from the bottom corner, etc. The worst part is the design of the entry doors, which makes it impossible to get our furniture up the stairs. We have been sitting on patio furniture since we moved in. We were VERY excited to move here, but now VERY disappointed we did.

expensive, not well sound-proofed

I like the feel of the complex. The flowers are nice & my view is wonderful. I also like having "no" dumpsters in the complex.

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

I felt as a customer that this property would be ideal for me. The apartment was very nice and the people seemed very friendly, The property was well-maintained and clean.

Too costly

I have a couple friends coming to interview for jobs at my company from Canada, and I plan on showing them the building.

Only because of the noise issues.

Lower the rent and I can justify everything else.
