This property has taken urban living, added new design and great community local to make a different and improved living environment. The salesman was very good at explaining why this property was not just a good apartment for the cost but how it would work for my lifestyle and interests.

The community and the amenities were fine. The thing that stands out in my mind was when we were touring the apartment and I was upstairs in a bedroom. I could hear the neighbor's stereo very clearly. It made me realize the walls were very thin.

The bedroom was big enough for a bed and night stand only. It was small for the amount of rent. The gym was not well equipped. I felt it was all not enough to make me pay the rent they charge.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We have 15 different floor plan options, with many of them having very large bedrooms! We would love for the opportunity to show you these options, as well as discuss the perks to the area, where there is easy access to hiking, biking and nearby gyms offering discounts. These are very cute apartments, and some floor plans are like town homes with two levels. They had new kitchen appliances and looked very spacious for the amount of rent.

The leasing professional made me feel welcome and wanted. It seemed like she truly cared about helping me find a new home and that she wanted to make sure I saw everything and got the grand tour of the community. The leasing office and community were very well maintained, which made me feel like I would be taken care of too.

Although this community was recently renovated, it still was rather ordinary. Especially for such a high rent. Everything seemed a little cramped and the apartment was not very big.
