As I walked through the community to get to the leasing office, I was impressed with the landscaping. It gave the feel that it was an actual community, not just a rental property. The landscaping complemented the buildings.

It was explained to me by the leasing agent that these apartments were more on the high end. They did not lease to undergraduates.
Thank you so much for providing valuable feedback on your experience with us at the Peloton. It doesn't seem however that your needs have been met. I'd like to answer any questions or perhaps clarify any information you didn't receive while on site. It is our policy as decided by the ownership and management of the Peloton to not lease to undergraduate students. All of our apartment homes are equipped with high end, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, deep farm style kitchen sinks, wood flooring, Quartz counter-tops, etc. Additionally the units are built to condominium specifications; this means the walls are built with concrete rather than wood framing, giving the residents more of a private living experience.

This is an interesting property. The office right next door to the leasing office is a doctor’s office. On the other side of the office was a restaurant. They are in the middle of leasing that space. On the same grounds there are several restaurants. The front buildings are personally owned condos. The back two buildings are apartments. The grounds are will maintained. The buildings have wide, nicely carpeted hallways. Some apartments have the industrial look and others a more finished look.

The selling point of this property is the pool and hot tub on the roof, with the mountain view. The agent was very friendly and seemed genuine. The property was kept up rather nicely. There appeared to be businesses in the same community, but I did not ask about them.

The apartment community was clean and easy to find. I loved the apartment I was shown, the master bathroom was my favorite with the tub. The living room was gorgeous with high ceilings and lots of sunlight. The price was decent for the size of apartment and features inside. It was large and very spacious. The community center was convenient and the restaurants were nice to have within walking distance. I would highly recommend the community.

The community was easy to find, and it looked very clean and organized from the outside. Parking was easy to find and both the buildings and grounds were both clean and organized. The signage was good and the office was clean and inviting from the outside.

I was not able to take a tour. The agent insisted that I had to make an appointment and come back another time.
Thank you for taking the time to come out to The Lofts at Peloton! We do happily provide walk-in tours based on availability. However, making an appointment is the only way we can guarantee a member of our leasing team will be available and ready to show you our community when you arrive.

This really was a spectacular community. I have never seen a year-round pool area that had heated cement to prevent snow and ice accumulation! Everything was clean and beautiful. The agent was really pleasant.

The community looked flawless. Everything was new and well maintained. The amenities were superior. While I was there, I felt the professionalism that was conveyed by the staff. Even going into the gym, I saw HOA employees and, they were professional. I felt as if living there would be a comfortable experience. The views were outstanding. The community and the staff were polished.

The apartment community is like a small town with a movie theater, game room and two restaurants on the property. Other retail stores will be locating there giving it a self-contained look.

The leasing office was easy to find and gorgeous inside. I instantly felt welcome and like the management team was organized because of the cleanliness in the office. The apartments that I viewed were unique, clean, and inviting. The leasing professional was knowledgeable, helpful, and did not make our interaction feel awkward. Even though there were some nice amenities and the apartment was luxurious, the price for the apartment was quite high.
