I have lived in multiple different apartments and this by far is the best! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are kept clean, and the apartments are up to date.

Itâs just way too much money for what you get. You canât get rid of valet trash which is a joke since they barely even come and then get upset when toy have more than 3 bags because they decided not to come

Overpriced and community members are dirty (leave dog poop) and uncurteous (speed around side streets, make excessive noise, smoke pot indoors)

The community is quite and safe. The office staff handles maintenance requests promptly and are respectful.

Maintenance replacement of old outdated fixtures is poor. They will refab/ rebuild and Item when its been overdue for replacement. One exzample is poor drywall repair. And caulking pacth on hole in door.

Guest parking is practically non-existent. A black Volkswagen has been parked in front of our unit for months and never moved, for example. I suspect many people donât use their garages.
