I would probably recommend this community to my family and friends.

This is an attractive apartment community. Even though it is nestled behind a busy and active area of the city, the community seems very quiet. You are within walking distance of most anything that you would want, including restaurants, shops, and movie theaters.

I would be excited to live in this wonderful community! It was beautifully kept and the amenities were awesome. I felt very welcomed and could easily picture myself living there. The area has so much to do within walking distance, and the community has so much to offer on-site.

The actual layout of the apartments and the finishes in the apartment were very attractive.

The leasing professional was very enthusiastic and personable. She did a very good job building rapport. She used positive feedback constantly. She did an excellent job showing off a lovely community.

Personally I found the two members of the staff that I met very professional. The on-site leasing professional was very personable, which was a great plus. The community itself, along with the clubhouse, was very well designed and this would be my number one reason for moving into these apartments.
