Although the leasing professional rushed things, he was thorough. The community was very nice looking and well cared for. It was in an area that was nice and quiet.

Great community close to Olde Town Arvada

Conveniently located near shops, restaurants and RTD for transportation to downtown and DIA

I like the location, wish floors were concrete.

Everything is good except I have a second floor apartment and the neighbor upstairs is a heavy walker.

Beautiful grounds and awesome people.

My boyfriend and I recently viewed an apartment and were pretty happy with it and the location. We told the employee who gave us the tour that we wanted to stay under a specific price and she gave us those options. We were all ready to fill out an application and lease when we saw that she did not tell us that the price was based on a 10 month lease, not 12!! This may not seem like a big deal, but it would put us in a very bad rental market if we were to take a 10 month, we want a full year.

When I contacted the office about this, I was given very short answers that repeated the same thing. The person didn't ever address me by name in his email responses, nor did he sign his name. I had no idea I was talking to a different representative. After a few different correspondences, I finally figured out that he was not the person who we toured with yesterday. His name is Abraham, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he did not give me any information at first, but acted as though he was the supervisor and told me to contact him. I then asked who he was (he had not provided his name until this moment) and if he was a supervisor. At that point he gave me the name of someone.

As I said, we were very excited to apply to rent here, and now are extremely disappointed. We are great tenants, 30s and professionals. We would not recommend this place based upon this kind of customer service.

I was impressed with the upkeep at the community. Amenities and common areas were varied, very well maintained and unusual. High ceilings and cherry wood cabinets and daily door side trash pick up were definite plusses.

This community and property looks to be beautiful. I cannot say for sure because the leasing professional did not even discuss the swimming pool, club house, fitness center, or any other amenities.

I do feel it is pricey but in range of apartments in the surrounding market. I felt the size of the place was amazing and I envisioned living there with my daughter and dog.

Warning.

Location and overall apartment was nice to live in. However parking is difficult. Not enough parking spots for the amount of residence. You will only get one parking permit per apartment.Before you sign lease, stuff will not mention trash fee of $30 a month for service that's not even optional. You can be sure for your rent to go way up after each lease. Talked to other residence too and over the course of few years it's hundreds of dollars. Stuff is OK. Nicer employees leave or get pushed out by not so nice ones. Short dark hair guy in the reception is not very interested in helping and does not provide complete information on apartment. He is very unwilling to interact with residents and makes you feel unwelcome. When I moved in to my apartment, I came to a dirty oven and dirty stove plates. When I moved out I was charged for it from my deposit, because I didn't mark it down, when moving in. I even left both cleaner then what I came into, since I would use oven only with aluminium foil in it to keep it from getting dirty and cleaned out before moving out. This is where they try to get your money. They will tell you to buy new plates either way. I also got charged 30 extra for not returning second copy of the key I never received. FYI made my own 4 copies in Home Depot.
