I have lived at Parc Regency for years. Unfortunately the owners changed and the new Manager Brian is very disrespectful to tenants and makes racist comments. Roberto who is the maintenance person is very argumentative with tenants and the repairs they do are very poor also if any are done. Sad to see what was once a nice place to live go bad by bad employees.
