The Leasing Professional was great, and the community was well maintained. I would recommend this community to others.

The property was built in the seventies and offers limited features and amenities. It is clean and well-maintained. The community offers basic housing and amenities in a desirable area and the residents appeared friendly and happy.

The community was clean and free of debris. The wall-to-wall carpeting was not appealing, especially in the dining area.

The community seemed to be well maintained but looked dated. The Leasing agent was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable.

If you are looking for a wonderful community, close to shopping but still in a quiet area of Union City you have to see Mission Sierra. It was a wonderful community which sets back against the hillside.

My impression of the staff was warm and inviting. It seemed as all stall enjoyed working at the community which provided me with great experience of the community.It was a pleasure to to speak with the agent and I felt very comfortable.

The apartment community is situated along a major thoroughfare in Union City, CA. The long wall along the street fortunately blocks out the vehicle noise. The amenities here are standard and actually one notch below it. The features in the apartment are dated and need a major upgrade. The presentation had energy and was informative. However, the value for the amenities and features is a disappointment.

I would rent this place. It was a good value.

This is a lovely community located in the quaint city. There are several floor plans to choose from, and the community offers amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool/spa area, laundry facilities, and a playground. Parking is available, and this community is also pet friendly. The staff is accommodating and professional. This is a terrific community worth taking a look at.

The community had a very nice feel, although I felt the amenities could have been more. Also, I felt the number of laundry rooms were not enough and not close enough to the apartments.

The community was in good condition. The office was organized and neat. The office was pleasant and inviting. The signs were in good condition, but they do not clearly point to the leasing office.

The community had a beautiful landscaping. The apartments were bright and with good storage space. Their square footage felt in the small size though. The consultant was friendly and professional. She showed me the model apartment in detail and made me feel a valued customer during my visit.
