The community was clean and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming and came across as talented. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences and exhibited a level of engagement that was outstanding. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was superhuman and their presentation of the community was amazing. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. I felt that what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was tolerable, because the refrigerator was small, and laundry appliances were not furnished with the apartment. I envisioned the quality of life here based on the amenities and features offered as being complete.

Beautiful property and well kept. The decor gave a feeling of "home" and was quite desirable. The service was genuine and caring, thinking about me and my needs.

The community offers one, two and three bedroom apartments. Washer/dryer hook-ups came in the apartments as well as plenty of storage. Amenities included a gorgeous resort style swimming pool and spa area, a fitness center, and lush landscaping. The staff was accommodating and professional.

I believe this one to be the most attractive and best not only because of its location in beautiful Goleta but also the leasing office and department are very pleasant very homey and very comforting.

The constant barking of dogs might be a real drawback to the community depending on how much each apartment was insulated. The site was well maintained and very pleasant to look at. There was adequate street parking for any number of guests. Each resident had a covered carport and there was some guest parking available also.

The apartments are a good size and have adequate storage. What is nice is that they apartments come with a washer/dryer. The community is kept very clean and the amenities are top notch.
