Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting.

The age of the community showed, though I could see they were doing their best to keep it maintained. Regardless, it was dated and in need of updates. The leasing professional was informative and polite.

The site, at first, seemed to have few amenities, but by the time the agent was done describing the entire community and city tie-ins, I was sold on how well the community took care of its residents. The agent went out of her way to ensure the residents were taken care of. She ensured that I understood the process and that I was aware of things I may not have thought of myself.

The community is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and is very clean. It has a peaceful atmosphere and is a great deal for the money. They do not have many amenities, but the YMCA is right next door. The apartments are an adequate size and have a light airy feel with lots of storage. The drawback is that there is a waiting list, but well worth the wait.
