Overall I was impressed with my tour. The building and the lawns surrounding it were maintained immaculately. The exterior and interior of the building reminded me of a resort. The leasing office was inviting and comfortable. I was impressed that the leasing associate identified my needs conversationally and was able to point them out to me in the features of the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to other family and friends.

The agent was impressive and memorable as a whole. He treated his profession with sincere pride which showed in his phone and onsite demonstration. He showed great pride in his work and profession. He tried to make every effort to give me a thorough and attractive view of the apartment, and went out of his way to demonstrate to me why it was a great choice. He demonstrated sincere care when he tried to determine my needs. He was not just doing his job, rather he truly enjoyed what he did. I very pleased with him, the community, and the apartment.

The community was an absolutely gorgeous and tranquil community located in the heart of downtown. It is just a short distance from shops, restaurants, public transportation and close to freeway access. There are several spacious and elegant floor plans to choose from.

It was an outstanding community offering many amenities. It was also close to other attractions in the downtown area. The customer service was wonderful.

I really enjoyed my visit to the apartment community and would tell my friends and family about it. If I was looking for an apartment, I would want to move there.

If you are looking for an apartment in the San Jose area, you must see Legacy Fountain Plaza. This has all kitchen appliances along with a full size stackable washer/dryer. You will have central heat and air, a built-in computer desk and large oval soaking bathtub. Use the business center, the fitness center, pool, spa or take a yoga, spinning or Zumba class. It is a gorgeous community.

The community was exceptional. It had an exceptional staff, as well.

The community was immaculate and had a very classy feel to the atmosphere. The leasing professional was very genuine and tried to make sure that she covered everything. She invited me back to come tour with my roommate closer to my expected move-in date.

The community had character because of when it was built and because of the architecture. The rent was very good for the area and the features included.

The community is nestled near a historic neighborhood, a small industrial area and near a highway. Hence it is the most attractive structure out of it all. The property itself is immaculate, has all the amenities one would need, and offers spacious apartments for very reasonable lease rates.

The property itself is very beautiful and meticulously maintained. I felt like I was touring a vacation resort, and I would gladly call this community home. The service I received was very attentive and welcoming.

I really liked the amenities. The leasing professional was friendly and created rapport. I enjoyed talking with her. The location was great.
