Some of the neighbors are disrespectful and really loud/obnoxious.

I would not due to the lack of a good management system. Parking is small does not exist for guest. Maintenance needs more personnel for the amount of residents on site.

It is a great location, great staff, but a bit pricey.

Parking is bad and i was mislead when initially leasing about several things. Of course this is always the lessee's fault right?

I have recommended this community already, and has mention the pros and cons; the prompted service and the carpet issues that I have.

Overall, there are better places for your money to be spent. Most in my circle would be looking for more bang from their buck in terms of quality of apartment and overall grounds.

I have recommended this place to people who are touring here. I know of at least one who did sign because of it. I think that the Yelp reviews do not reflect accurately the present staff or place and perhaps are exaggerated by disgruntled or former tenants. The few complaints that I have listed, I have been told are under consideration but I hope that it is sooner than later.

The customer service is the worst I have experienced in San Diego for apartments. I have lived in Escala and the Promendade and they were much much better. The leasing agents only care about future clients rather than catering to the people that actually pay rent. The grounds are unacceptable; dirty, smelly and the landscaping is pathetic. The gym is way too tiny for all these apartments and the equipment has yet to be fixed.

Management was great! For my age group it was too busy.

I've already recommended it. The prices are good, units are very nice, and anyone who owns a dog would be thrilled to live here.

Location and amenities are a couple reasons why I would recommend. My noisy upstairs neighbors is why I would caution about noisy neighbors.

If money is not a problem I would definitely encourage friends and acquaintances to live here.
