The shortcomings I’ve already mentioned keep it from being a “5” overall. I think some people Wigner really annoyed with having to come down every time to bring their guest up

The one thing that is of concern is that a lot of things are broken (12th floor trash chute, parking garage gates, the front entry door, just to name a few) and have been broken nearly the whole time I've lived here. It also is not a clean building. Dog feces is always inside the garage areas or directly out front of the building on the sidewalks. The sidewalks around the building are never powerwashed as the neighboring buildings do. This allows for an inordinate amount of flies to fester as u try to walk down the sidewalks. These flies end up on the balconies and I live on the 12th floor. Dog urine is a consistent reality in the elevators and out front sidewalk constantly smells of urine.

lack of gym space, people no respecting rules by pool, lack of respect from dog owners not picking up after their pets, people leave the elevators so messy, and the fact my water and trash bill increases because it isnt based on my usage but the whole complex is ridiculous

Love the building, pool area is very relaxing/peaceful, enjoy the food truck events, and really liked the people I have met who live in the building.
The entire team here at Shift would like to thank you for the great review! This shows us that all our hard work does not go unnoticed. We hope you continue to enjoy your residency with us.
Thank you,

Again, if changes are made regarding the upkeep/cleaning of the complex as a whole, it would be worth the rent.

Amenities are great, unfortunately fellow residents don't treat them well.
With increases all across the board it's surprising to see such a jump in next years lease. Much higher than city average and beyond what was expected and discussed during our initial visit.

The halls and trash shoot are always dirty. need more cleaners and 24/7 front desk personnel.

There are similar buildings in the area with 24 hour concierge and better pool hours.

I would ask what they’re looking for and then make a recommendation based off that. If it’s luxury living— Nope.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I have already-just wish that others would treat the property with more respect-not destroy the trash room and keep their areas clean-this is not a dorm

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

At the moment probably not. Without the use of the amenities and then having to step over dog urine every day to get in the elevator, it isn't as 'luxury' as I thought it was going to be. Still a lovely place to live though.

Great initial leasing deals but after I feel like you’re penalized to stay. Why can’t the rent just be lower? Instead of giving 2 months free and 1k off the 3rd. It doesn’t make me want to stay past my lease.
