It's a nice area and like most apartments has its ups and downs as far as thin walls or noise. I feel for the neighbors on first floor who have to hear kids run around or hard footsteps everyday. It has garage and washer and dryer which is very convenient rather then having to go to a laundry mat. I like that there are activities or gatherings like for Halloween and Easter for the kids. But it's a little high which is expected.

Attached garages are great but the loud aircraft noise and the no fun if your an adult at the pool is not

Its a beautiful community and it has everything that you need. The apartments are beautiful and spacious.
