The office staff has been very helpful with most issues that have I have raised over the time that I have been hear...My only negative experience is being blamed for not having automatic payments deducted when the cause been technical difficulties on the management side of the issue.

Having to pay water and sewer based on the amount of "people" that reside in the apartment I feel like is an aweful way. I'm hardly home as a work a full time job and my husband is out to sea. Yet with him here or not or me been gone for days my bill is always the same.

It's a great option for the cost. Just wish that a few things were kept up better on the buildings that aren't in the main complex.

Only because of the parking. As well as need to have own water meter.

I understand your comments pertaining to the parking situation. Please refer to Network Parking Solutions if there are issues with unregistered vehicles, or you can call us and we can call them for you.
In regards to the individual water meters, the property was built this way. We do take a percentage off the bill before the residents receive the statement. If you need additional information on this, please call me to discuss.

they need better ventilation and cooling accesories
I agree that the apartment needs more ventilation. We do not have AC systems, however we do recommend certain units that the residents can purchase from Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart that are inexpensive.
The balconies are open which let a lot of natural light in to your apartment. There are certain types of canopies that we have approved. If your interested in these, please contact us at your earliest opportunity.

Two main reasons. My rent for my second year went up over 10%. I have never had a rent increase even close to that at any of the Apts I have rented over the years. Also the apps are really old, nothing g has been updated.

I absolutely agree that the cabinets are dated. We have been concentrating on needed improvements to the exterior of the community. We do have plans to renovate the interiors of the apartments in the future but a timetable has not been set.
I understand your frustration regarding the 10 percent increase. We try to stay competitive in our surrounding market. In almost every case we are still the better value considering all of our neighboring competitors have the same amenities and features.

No air conditioning. Low quality appliances. Low quality paint job. Low quality carpet. Low quality cabinets. Low lighting or fan in bedroom or living room. Laundry room should be 24 hours and the prices are steep for laundry.

I completely agree that the flooring options you recommended would make a great improvement. We have a few apartments with this option but only on the first floor.

The rates are very high the staff is very rude and your always on your toes about complaints

I understand that you don't agree with the billing for your sewer, water and trash bill . We have found that we are less expensive than other communities and single family residences. These services are reduced 30 percent before you even see your statement. If you or your husband are going out to sea, we can disable the resident occupying that apartment so that your only paying for the people that are their during that month. Please call me so we can further discuss this.
Could you please elaborate on your stove issue so we can either send maintenance or schedule the vendor to come out for needed repairs.
If there are cats wandering around, please feel free to contact us so we can set traps and transport them to the nearest facility.
I would like to schedule the pest control technician to start a few treatments to your apartment so that we could get this issue resolved. They come out every Thursday and is free of charge to our residents. Please contact me so we can further discuss this.
