The lack of A/C is a huge negative factor. I live on the top floor and it gets around 85 degrees in my apartment in the summer. The ceiling fan does nothing to solve this. Overall, I would recommend the apartment complex because even with these negatives, its still the best option in the area.

I would because of the location. The owners need to invest more into the property. The Holiday decorations did not exist, the hallway carpet needs to be replaced and the land maintenance needs to be consistent. There are days when the place looks a mess.ex. the volleyball court area. Lastly, please make an investment in upgrading the gym. It is really bad.

Because it is a very convenient location. By the freeways, by the malls and grocery shopping stores. Near most of the main research laboratories in San Diego and 10 minutes away from the beach.

It would have be great if the apartments had air conditioning and the garage spots were bigger.

Unfortunately, when this community was built it was not taken into consideration that this area being so close to the water would need an AC unit. We will present your request and see if there is anything we can do in the future. In the meanwhile may we suggest picking up a portable AC unit from our local retailers, it would be more cost efficient than running an Air Conditioner. Your concerns are important to us and we assure you that we are anxious to retain you as a satisfied resident.
In regards to our parking spaces we are limited in the amount of space we have in each of our garages. As much as we would like to upgrade our parking spaces at this time we are unable to do so. We regret any inconvenience you have experienced.

Loud neigbors that nobody seems to care or do anything about...the hallways always smell like trash, frequent alarms going off in the middle of the night waking the entire complex, and the rats. Cheap countertops and appliances...I had to buy all new plates because the ones I had couldn't fit in the tiny microwave. I Always have to run my dishwasher twice to have clean dishes. The washer and dryers are way to small. And who puts carpet in the bathroom???

If you neighbors are being too loud please call curtsey patrol and let the office know as soon as possible, so we are able to address the situation. We do have air fresheners in the trash chutes, if it is another small you are smelling please let the office staff know. For your convenience our homes and kitchens are fully equipped, as some communities don’t offer the same amenities that we offer. If you would like to discuss anything in person, please contact us. Continuous rent increase. It may be fine for students or someone who is looking for a place to live for a short period of time.
However, for someone to stay here and call this place HOME, over the years it becomes pretty expensive. Eventually the person will have to leave due to the skyrocketing rents.
