Depends on rental rate environment. Rental increases were aggressive when market conditions were in favor of landlords. That has changed now so we will see how rents get adjusted fown.

Loud, a lot of neighboring construction which contributes to the noise, one elevator have been consistently out of operation which causes delay.

I am pretty sure I have been in this building longer than anyone. I mind my own business, pay my bills on time. The staff you have is AMAZING but you need MORE of them. I know what a well staffed building this size feels and looks like. This is not luxury living as described. Get more staff like you currently have and regulate these entitled bitcoin, metaverse kids!!

I only say neutral because it is pretty obvious the noise levels are going to increase significantly in 2023 and 2024 as the 35 story development goes up next to the Carte Hotel and the expected 30 plus story development next to the county parking garage breaks ground in 2023 (my understanding the San Francisco based developer received a 3 year extension to break ground due to the pandemic back in 2020). This particular development will block views to the harbor and waterfront park. So given the high rents at Luma and the expected noise levels significantly increasing for at least 2023 and 2024, it is hard to be anything other than neutral given the rental rates.

The windows have never been Cleaned. With the recent leak it’s like I’m living in a construction Zone. It’s not pretty anymore for the amount of money I pay. The rules are never enforced and cleaning of the building needs more attention.

Based on the last few weeks I would not. However if you’re looking for an upscale + secure apartment complex in a good location with nice amenities it’s hard to beat. The pricing doesn’t make sense anymore after increase so I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. Too much craziness going on these days to be able to recommend.

It's price of the apartment is really high without the use of amentities and other factors during COVID. So, i would have said yes prior to this pandemic
