Overall a good experience except few things described above. I did recommended few of my friends and they leased here.

overall; i like living at Legacy; it's just those urgent needs will need a sense of urgency from staffs or atleast set realistic expectation and follow up with the residents if the expected time can't be met

If someone had to move in a few days I would recommend it. But as mentioned before the cost is not work the "Value". The only real thing that saves grace is the office staff and on site maintenance workers. They are very nice and hard working people to make or home better.

Too expensive for the service and lack of amenities.

The noise from the highway and the gate not functioning constantly is a huge turn off.

I would not recommend this property to anyone because of the reasons listed above. I didn't like how after I put a deposit down on the apartment my husband and I started getting calls about not being able to move in on the original date and about needing a doctors note about my dog and how, when we finally got down here, we couldn't pay with our card because their machine was down and they wouldn't take a personal check. So we had to get a money order. Meanwhile, everything that drove down was waiting for us.

The price of a basic apartment is to high for its size and amenities. The outside facility is much nicer which leads you to believe the inside is equally as nice.

I like the apartment complex, however, when I renewed my lease and have to pay more for the same thing I've been paying for the previous year, it's unsatisfactory. There are plenty of apartments in the area, some cost more, some less. It would serve you all well to reward customers for signing a new lease with not increasing the rent.

Plus is a washer dryer and garage. Getting blocked in, people parking behind my garage is a minus. Convenient location . Where I lived before they had several dog stations. More realistic to understand when you have to take your dog out at 3 a.m., you may not walk almost a block to the station. Yes, we have our own bags and use them. The dumpsters are small and fill up fast. They used to tow a lot. For everything except blocking a garage door when you need to go to work.

Overall, I think the community is nice but I would mention the issues with guest parking, no elevators, freeway noise (although this doesn't bother me), etc. that I've listed above.

I feel you pay too much for what you actually get.
