Everything is nice. Only reason to not recommend is the price and location.

since new administration the building looks dirty and untidy.
We are striving towards keeping the community you call home clean and beautiful. We have added additional Porters to our staff and work closely together to ensure no area is disregarded. We recently brought in a power washing company to help us with additional care and we will continue to address these needs as they come. Visitor parking is limited and that's unfortunate because guests who could be future tenants can't even park and take a look around.
We understand that visitor parking can sometimes be difficult to find here at Greenfield Village. In an effort to provide our Residents with first priority to parking, our visitor spaces are limited to the front entry and rear entry to the community. The Visitor spaces are marked, require permit and have time restrictions to ensure all Resident visitors have an opportunity to utilize spaces. There is also ample street parking available just steps away from our rear community entrance.

The experience has drastically changed here from when I first lived on the second floor to now. The annoying kids everywhere and increase in trash and broken doors etc has made this latest year much less desireable then previous... at an increased rate no less.

I wanted to take a moment to address your comments about your neighbor. We take noise complaints very seriously and want to make sure all Residents are being respectful to reasonable noise levels. That being said, we understand that our community lives in close proximity to one another and that some noise is tolerable. The pets issue its really a deal breaker for me. That and that the dumpsters are filty all the time. Not much is done to help the facility look clean.
The Community rules regarding pets is taken very seriously and we respond immediately to any issues that may arise regarding pets. Please do not hesitate to contact the office during business hours regarding any issues coming from pets on the property. After hours our on-site courtesy patrol responds and can be reached direct at (619) 579-1660.

We have increased our trash pickup to assist with the overflow, added Recycle trash bins to the trash chute rooms and have increased our porter staff onsite to keep our community clean and beautiful. If there is an area that we may have missed please let us know so that we may address it immediately.

It's dirty and no one cleans it, I'd be embarrassed to show a potential renter an apartment here. I'm embarrassed to have friends see the grounds!

Its a nice place but the price is somewhat ridiculous and I can never get ahold of anyone when I need to. Management is rude at times and I don't feel this place lives up to what it says

I did recommended before but since the new management came in I will not take the chances to recommend to a friend if I'm already looking for a new place.

In my opinion it is over priced to live here. It's a nice community but to much is controlled. If I wanted to have family fly in and they all get rental cars I would have to purchase passes for each of the cars. If I wanted to have a party for my son, I have been told that I could not have more than 10 people in the barbecue area, etc. I feel as that for the price that I am paying I should have a little bit more freedoms. I wouldn't put these limitations on anyone that I know. Therefore the likely hood of me referring in low.

We understand your concern regarding the limitation of guests on the property. We want all our residents to enjoy the amenities in the community. By limiting the number of guest per apartment this ensures that there will be room for your guest to accompany you. We also allow residents to reserve the Clubhouse afterhours to host your private events. Please feel free to contact the Rental Office in regards to the specific details.

Great apartment complex but there is just always to much commotion going on and my biggest deal is the limited amount of parking. That should really change. It is hard to have guest come over and have to help them find parking.
