I've given enough information in this survey to give you a good idea of why I wouldn't recommend this apartment, but I'll do it again.

Overly priced for the quality.
No ceiling fan
No lights in the bedrooms
Lack of storage
Given a dirty apartment
Kitchen cabinets require a step stool or for you to be over 6'6"
Not the quality expected
Hit with pet rent at the last minute, wasn't told anything about it after telling management multiple times I had pets.

I would because there nice, rooms are big, the only thing windows not thick enough you can heard the noise from target

1.Rent. Very expensive property, and prices go up every lease renewal
2.On-site management and property management not willing to take a stand against regular violators, and go through eviction or even any kind of written, formal warnings. They only issue soft, verbal requests when same people make loud noise over and over, resulting in a very uncomfortable living situation for other tenants.

Rent price is the primary motivation for why I would not make a recommendation.

Safe and peaceful to live. It more a home than an apartment complex

The only reason why I would not is because of the rent increases. I feel as though if you complete your 1st year lease that you should be able to go to a month by month lease w/o having your rent go up twice the amount. Like I stated before my rent has gone up $245 since I've been here since Sept. 2012. Which in my opinion is ridiculous.

Rent is too high for what is offered on property.

I would recommend because of the home feeling it gives us. Its closer to the stores and super markets. The community is cleaner and less crowded than many other.

I would recommend but the price is pretty high.

It is still a little expensive and there is others that offer a better value that are not on streets with cars that go 60+ miles per hour.
