The price is too high. The apartments do not seem to be reflective of the price.

I love living here but the rent is too high

I would not recommend this place for people that have multiple vehicles and would want to purchase additional parking spots.

It is a great place compared to other apartments.

I would recommend this community because is very quiet and clean, staff is friendly and communicate with professionalism, I think you need more people in the maintenance department.

Casoleil is advertised as "luxury," though general upkeep is actually lacking. Simple touches such as proper mulch & floral placements, much more reasonably designed (and perpendicular, omg!!!) campus-wide speed-bumps, dog-owner rule enforcement, and ANY actual parking enforcement would go a long way in giving residents a feeling of received value. We are former Portofino residents, where we enjoyed a lovely, clean, stylish campus within Mission Valley... so, it's pretty odd that we now actually pay MORE for LESS conveniences & beauty here in 92154.

I would because it is a very nice area and has everything you need, although the Apts are a little bit pricey

Again, I love my unit--it's light and bright and has a little character--but they are over priced and the noise outside is bothersome.

If the price came down a few notches I'd definitely recommend.

too many issues with cars blocking everywhere.. And personel does nothing to resolve issues

Believe there are better communities out there and you get more bang for the buck.
