I have lived here for almost 4 yrs. and really dislike the current management company. They are upgrading all empty apartments to look really nice with stainless steel appliances and new cupboards, light fixtures etc. My fridge is moldy, carpets are in bad shape (they refuse to replace), my dryer overheats and has to be unplugged when not in use. I have to walk past a unit in my building getting the amazing upgrades everyday. It's upsetting since I pay my rent every month, to be treated unfairly. I will be moving in November once my lease is up. I would leave sooner if they allowed me too!!

Overall, I really liked the community and the consultant. I felt that the staff was genuine and had my best interests in mind. I would have definitely leased there and would recommend others.

The property was very well maintained. The landscaping was particularly impressive. The overall design of the buildings and interiors was well above average. The property gave one a sense of calmness with the outside fountain and waterfall. I would be happy to live in this community.

The acoustics in the leasing office were terrible. At one point while my information was being reviewed, there were nine people plus the two leasing agents in the room. It was difficult to carry on my personal conversation because of the clamor. The room was large with very few sound-absorbing finishes. The curtains were simply panels, and the area rug took up less than half the floor space in the room.

The location was ideal to neighborhood shopping centers and was a good value for the money.

Overall the property presented well. The location was impressive, and the convenience of the freeway and stores made this property attractive. The leasing staff was friendly, and the upkeep on the property was in good condition.

The leasing agent was very kind and nice. She showed me a furnished and a vacant apartment so I could get a good feel for the space.

The leasing consultant did a great job of personalizing the phone and on-site visit. She called me before and after. She sent me an email before and after. She paid a lot of attention to me. She was eager and knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I commend the agent for always relating back to my needs and how she had everything I need. She continued to close every time she could. I thought she was great.

I thought that the community was up to date and beautifully kept. The grounds were nice and the unit was very well kept too. I enjoyed talking to the Leasing Professionals and they were very friendly. If I was going to lease here, I would be comfortable knowing that the office staff was so helpful and friendly. I thought the pricing was fair for the style and size of the apartments.

The leasing agent was a pro. She was very friendly, upbeat and easy to tour with. She was knowledgeable of her community and the area surrounding it. I felt that she was sincere in wanting to help me with my apartment search. She was confident and had no problem asking for the sale. She was an asset to the community.

This community offered a spacious one bedroom apartment with a large kitchen and living area. The nine foot ceilings, crown moulding and two tone paint are standard. The walk-in closet and added storage areas are very large.

The apartment community is a good value for the money.

This is an excellent community located just off a toll road freeway and within walking distance of many area necessities. It is situated in a quiet area, where their landscaping maintenance is very well maintained, along with apartment buildings that provide floor-plans with better then average interior room space.
