The community was hidden back behind some stores and other offices. The price of the apartment was way too much for the way that it was set up. They had no extra storage.

I was impressed with the tour and I really appreciated the fact that the agent took the time to show how this property could be called a home. The community looked like it was in great shape and it looked comfortable.

Not very clean and the pest infestation is disgusting, they keep sendinf a company for pest patrol which requires us to pack up so they can treat the complex. We have done this several times to no avail or difference. And each time it is like moving out to spray for the day them moving back in. I have never lived in an apartment that did this with such poor results.

I have lived in Laurel Green apartments for 9 months. During this nine month period our family has been sharing our home with roaches. Our apartment home has been treated for roaches in the past and they still are in our home. Management has been advised. Management should charge the roaches rent, maybe then they will leave. The roaches go from one unit to the next, and overall we are afraid to go in the kitchen at night, because the roaches are showing up and showing out. It's very inconvenient and a filthy way to live.

The sale associate did an excellent informative, positive presentation. She demonstrated product knowledge with confidence and without hesitation. In my opinion, this community would probably be low on my list of apartments to lease because of lack of electronic secured gates and lack of exterior amenities such as clubhouse. The clubhouse that I viewed as an extension of the leasing office was used by the sale staff.

The leasing office was understaffed.

The community did not have enough amenities. There was no fitness center. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The apartment was very basic.

The leasing professional did great. She was sick but worked through it. She had some problems not having the right keys for certain doors but she recovered by her being able to show the apartment and demonstrate well.

The agent went out of her way to ensure that I was able to experience the available floor plans.

The sales consultant was very prepared and knew her product. She was friendly and professional while making our visit seem customized to fit our needs. She addressed all of our issues and made great suggestions regarding the community and the surrounding area.

The community was very neat and clean. The landscaping was neat, but there were dirt patches in the grass as if it was worn. The agent was very professional and knowledgeable about the premises. I feel the rate of the property matched the value of the property. I feel it was a very decent area to live in especially if you were just looking for an average place to live.

The leasing agent was delightful to deal with it. She presented herself as caring and competent.

The apartment was well-laid out, clean and nicely detailed. The closets in both bedrooms were especially large. The interior was cozy and welcoming. The swimming pool and spa were dated but offered no place to enjoy a conversation. The grass on the portion of the grounds was free of litter but patchy, with many spaces of bare dirt. The fences around some of the downstairs patios needed painting. The office was clean and welcoming.

The community was near the business district of Riverside. The community was within walking distance of K-mart, fast food and other retail establishments.

The apartments were fine. There was some cleaning that needed to be done around the community, but the apartments were very clean. The leasing professional was very special.
