I would love to move my family into this community and call it home.

We love living here. However, the grounds could use an additional bar-be que and a clubhouse.

Noisy next to the train tracks and the younger residents make a little too much noise late at night. That being said, it is an excellent place to live. The apartments are spacious, the common areas are well kept, and the fitness center is great.

I have had several people walk up to me when walking my dog and asked about Union Place and I tell them that it is very family friendly, nice community, well kept and you have everything you need.

Need to have cameras on the parking areas.

The interior of the apartment was tastefully decorated with upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops.

I have nothing good to say about this community. It s bad enough that the noise level is abnormally high. The worst part is the staff. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. It makes for a very uncomfortable living experience.

The community is a small community in which the apartments exude a feeling of a real home. The floor plan that I looked at was the three bedroom, and it was a very comfortable apartment that I would be very happy to live in because it was spacious. I loved that the fitness center had 24 hour entry. I also like the direct entry into the garages for the apartments on the first floor. While I was looking at a second apartment on a higher level, I noticed that there was a large pantry in the kitchen. The kitchen also had plenty of cabinets and great counter space. I also liked that the master bedroom was separated from the secondary rooms, and all of the rooms were a good size. The leasing professionals were very helpful, and it felt natural to be in their company.

The community was attractive and upgraded in appearance. The leasing agent was pleasant and cheerful in manner. She presented the community with my needs in mind. She was genuine and kind in her manner. The community was a reasonable price for the value received. I would be happy living in the community. I would recommend to friends and family.

The community looked very upscale. The pool area was nice with cabanas. The interiors were new and had nice appliances.

The community was still under construction, so none of the amenities were completed. The leasing professional painted a good picture of what the community would look and feel like. However, her presentation seemed rushed and mechanical.

The agent had a pleasing and naturally friendly personality. She addressed my needs and concerns with sincerity and seemed to care about helping me find the right apartment that matched my needs. She was patient and comfortable during the time I spent with her.
