Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

The leasing agent was amazing and the community looked fantastic. I would undoubtedly recommend this community to others.

Loving the Simple Life

I love living here! It's such a cute place with all the single-story cottage type apartments. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. I live in a three bedroom, which is HUGE, way bigger than any other I've seen - plus I have a GIGANTIC back yard / patio area.

Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the maintenance guy is there that day or the next, I've never had to wait.

I have one outdoor and one garage (shared) space. That is kind of a drag, because my garage neighbor dings my door ... that's the only negative I can come up with.

My neighbors are quiet and friendly. Laundry rooms are clean.

I love it!

Oh, and I don't really want to add this ... but the swimming pool is so beautiful and clean and usually there are not a lot of people there. I hope that by posting this that doesn't change. : )
Thank you for your review ! I'm so happy you love living here! Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to make you feel even more at home!

Great community and management!

I've lived here for a few months, and so far I have no real complaints. The management personnel are very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and apartment is very nice. We got one of the first renovated apartments with hardwood laminate flooring, granite countertops, and washer/dryer in unit. All the apartments are being renovated this way as people move out. All the windows are double-paned and coated to help with cooling/heating costs as well as noise.

Our neighbors have been very nice as well, and don't make much noise. The single-story buildings are great to avoid noise from walking as well. The community is only 74 units, so it's not completely impersonal.

The apartment is all electric (because it was built in the 60's, I believe), so just be aware that your electric bill might be a little higher if you're used to having gas for your stove/oven, dryer, heat, water heater, etc. The AC is a wall unit in the living room that doesn't really do much for the bedroom, but it's not unbearably hot most of the year anyway. There is a ceiling fan that has a heater element as well.

The one bedroom apartment is a little tight for me and my wife, especially with the Cal-King bed filling most of the bedroom. Just be aware if you are looking for more space. The cost of the apartment is higher than many places, but for us it's worth it to be living in a place where we feel safe and comfortable.

Parking can be problematic for guests, particularly in the evening. It's not terrible, but they will have to park on the main street because there are no guest spots inside the gated community. You will also have to let them in the entry gates because they are secured via an electronic fob. Our one-bedroom apartment comes with one shared garage (two-car garage, we get half of it). My wife has to park on the street unless we buy a second uncovered parking spot for $50/month (and none are available). The two-bedroom units may come with 2 spots, but I'm not sure.

Overall, after considering the many other options in the area, I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live. You can find something cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
Thank you Josh! I appreciate your honestly and thank you for being such a great resident!
