The worst management under which I ever lived. Lived there 3.5 months. I moved in September of 2012. The apartment shown on second floor was a decent 1 bedroom. I moved in September 15th. The elevator was not working, I had to pay extra $750 to the moving crew. I waited for a month for the elevator to be fixed. On October I requested a service ticket for the elevator to be fixed. My parents are old and have arthritis which was making it impossible for them to go up the stairs with laundry and groceries. They did not even respond to the ticket. Another item on the service request was A/C remote and the Refrigerator door not closing due to the Magnet being worn out. The repair persons solution was to tell me not to put anything in the selves of the door. he said they could not repair or replace the A/C remote. The laundry facilities are in terrible shape. Half the units are out of order. The ones that work do not clean well at all. The driers will not dry, you have to run them few times. The complex is extremely noisy. There is always a unit that plays extremely loud music till 11 pm somewhere. Parking is terrible, you cannot find a parking spot in a decent space. You have to park far away from unit 90% of the time. I finally had to move out, and the elevator was still not fixed 4 months later on Dec 27th. Avoid avoid avoid.
