The community was nice. The leasing agent was prepared and exhibited a nice personality. He gave a detailed tour and tailored it to my needs. The apartment offered all the features I requested.

The community was well cared for and there was no litter on property. I would not rent based upon the pricing of the apartments. It was not within my budget nor in a neighborhood I would want to live.

The community looked clean. The agent was very professional and knew a lot about the apartments and would answer all of your questions. I would do business with them because they did not rush the customers and I think that would be very memorable.

Overall the community was nice and appeared to be well cared for. The common areas were clean and the spa area was under construction. The consultant was pleasant and presented the community well.

The property looked very well kept up. I live in San Diego so the rental rates at this complex, compared to San Diego prices were shockingly cheap. However, I would not want to live in this depressed area. If however, I found myself living in Moreno Valley, I would consider this community. The private alarm/security systems that residents purchased and advertised on their balconies, was a bit concerning however. I did like the agent very much and he was very smart, engaging and fun to talk to. He also seemed very dedicated to his job.

The community was nice and offered things like a pool, workout room, and clubhouse.

If I was truly looking for an apartment I would live here hands down. The price is decent and you get everything you need. I think the apartment and the staff are wonderful.

The community was an appealing new site and property. I would recommend to a friend. A bit unsure about the location and security. But overall it appeared to be an aesthetically pleasing community.

The community was nice. The grounds were well kept, clean, and nicely manicured. The office area and clubhouse had a warm, lodge feeling to it. It seemed like a nice, friendly place to live.

The Ridgeview community was very pleasing. It had great curb appeal. The leasing office furnishings resembled a lodge where you would just want to sit back and relax a minute and enjoy the morning. The leasing agents all greeted me with smiles and I felt comfortable. The amenities were very nice and the apartment included a full size washer/dryer. The master bedroom accommodated a king size bed easily. Overall I thought the rent was very reasonable for what one could expect to get.

I can tell that when we passed existing tenants, that they were sincere with their smiles and greetings towards the Leasing Professional. She is a very likable and sincere agent. The only reason I would not rent here is because the living room and master bedroom are too small.

I felt that this community would meet my personality needs. It felt very relaxing and slow paced. The grounds were luscious and I could see myself unwinding on the grass very easily. It was peaceful and quiet when I went. Overall, it just felt like I could unwind and distress after a full day.
