The apartment building was a unique experience for me. The historic building had an authentic feel that intrigued me. The entrance showed age but it was majestic with the cathedral high ceilings and mock balconies. The nostalgia invoked by the look and energy of the building drew me in. I loved the historic feel and the friendliness of the leasing agent, the management and the residents that I met during my tour. Everyone was so friendly that I felt welcomed as if I had found my next home. The amenities were beyond average for this type of community apartment building. I was impressed by the laundry facilities, the trash removal system, the key entry and elevator lock coding system that gave me a comfortable safe feeling. The quiet atmosphere also impressed me. Some areas were in need of better maintenance and cleanliness, such as the library and the sofas. A bit of decorative flair could improve the area. I was satisfied and pleased overall with the amenities, the size of the apartments and the price. The location gave the community an extra plus in my book.

My visit was great and educational. The leasing agent that helped me was awesome. I felt welcomed and important. The community offered great rates for what it had. Although the community was outdated it still had charm and history to appreciate. The nearby shopping and entertainment would be great for students. I would recommend this place to students.

It seemed like the tile needed a good scrubbing. The walls needed painting and places needed repair. The leasing professional did a great job of describing the apartment and the differences between the one bedroom and the penthouse. She seemed genuine and gave me a lot of eye contact. I loved that she told me interesting facts about the building.

I was very impressed with the leasing professional and the way she presented the community. She was friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. She seemed sincere about loving being a resident herself. I really wanted to come back and tour the apartment and see what they looked like. She made me almost forget I was working and not apartment shopping.

It is an old 1920's Hotel, without any upgrades or updates. It is in the bad part of town, with undesirables everywhere.
