Based on my experience and interaction with the leasing professional, I would very likely recommend the community. I found the community amenities to be appealing and extraordinary. The community was clean, and its upkeep was flawless. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and came across as talented. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences, and exhibited a level of engagement that was impressive. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was customized, and their presentation of the community was admirable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the community home was thrilling. I felt that what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envisioned the quality of life there based on the amenities and features offered as being fabulous.

The leasing agent did a good job of matching my needs to the apartment. She went out of her way to show me two different one bedroom apartments in an effort to find the very best for me.

The staff was courteous and pleasant. However, the leasing professional offered exceptional customer service; she was superbly professional, caring, friendly and went above and beyond to cater to my immediate and future needs. This community was a dream come true, and much more than what I ever expected. It is an exclusive yet welcoming home community. It was splendid to tour it. I felt like I would be catered to and would have everything at my fingertips. This is beyond fabulous.

Cost would be the issue in recommending.

needs bigger common areas-business center, conference rooms. Better 2 - 3 bedroom layouts

I would, because its a lovely place. The surrounding traffic and construction is annoying but it isn't the fault of The Avenue...its just something I know some people cannot live with, so that's the only reason I'd ever NOT recommend it.

The leasing professional was very friendly and seemed interested on helping me with my needs.

Gym issue mentioned above.

I have recommended the apartment to around half dozen friends, they have all been put off by the price
