Apartment Review from a Current Renter

For the money, I think I should be able to use the dog run and have the rules enforced. I don't like the design of the parking garage entrance where we are forced to let in people who just sit there waiting for us to buzz them in.

If they can afford it I recommend the avenue.

The location is convenient.

Love living here - it's safe, clean and easy. Staff is wonderful. My only complaint is not enough information when I moved in - nobody told me about what kind of lights to get for the bedrooms - there was no manual on how to use the stove or microwave - no one showed me how to lock the doors properly on my balcony - just think there could be a package of info or something they could/should give you when you move in because that info isn't even on the website. Other than that it's great!

I enjoyed the interaction with the leasing agent I met with. The staff on the whole were pleasant and enthusiastic. The grounds were immaculate and peaceful for an area with constant traffic.

Two of my friends have already rented here based on my recommendation! Great facilities, professional management, and no "frat house" atmosphere like some other higher end buildings in WeHo / Hollywood.

Love it yay!

love living here woooo!

The community, which was originally built to be condos, offered beautiful apartments with fantastic features. The amenities were very attractive and in excellent condition. The leasing professional was friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, and gave a personalized tour of the community and the apartments. She motivated me to lease an apartment and I would definitely recommend the community to my friends.

convenient with great amenities

great community with terrific amenities, close proximity to Weho/Hollywood, slightly ovepriced

I was told that since the property was previously planned as condos, they do not offer things like movie theaters and boardrooms that other apartments have.

all around great building with courteous, professional staff

it has been a great experience living at the avenue. I have , however , been subjected to the constant and unpredictable noise coming from the gym, as people are dropping weights on the ground, which i live directly above. Sometimes until 11 at night.

Heaven in Hollywood

The Avenue is a great place to live. The units are spacious and beautiful inside. The amenities are top notch (although I miss the gatorade in the gym for when working out) The events that they host are always fun and classy and most neighbors are pretty friendly. You do have some of the normal issues that come with luxury apartment living - spoiled neighbors who leave trash lying around (although the staff is pretty good about staying on top of that) and the units are a little pricey. But overall a slice of Heaven in Hollywood. I would buy my unit if it were for sale.

It is a beautiful community. The only thing I found off putting was that the one bedroom/den was in no way a den. It was part of the living room and had no separation.

Beautiful modern condo-quality apartments available for rent. Location is perfect - right in Hollywood, close to everything. The building is beautiful, and the apartments are stunning. The staff tries to think of every convenience, including scanning your packages, delivering your dry cleaning, and picking up your trash for you. Very luxurious living.

Enjoy living here. Have asked to extend my lease. Management has not been willing to quote the price for renewal

Convient location, nice amenities. Ninety five per cent of the neighbors are great. A very few are obnoxious, throwing cigarette butts off their balconies and not cleaning up after their pets. Very quiet unit to unit. Noise comes in through open windows from the patio. Due to the open floor plan, kitchen in living room, problems with smoke detectors when cooking. Only tried to use the self cleaning function on the oven. Triggered alarms. Afraid to try even though maintenance installed new smoke detectors (with Carbon Monoxide sensors).

I have referred two other tenants who have moved in.
