Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator

I thought the lobby was very nice and well maintained. It looked like it had been refurbished to look modern. The elevator was not comfortable. It looked older and shook a bit. The loft was okay. The space was a nice size and the floors were nicely done but nothing stood out as being special.

The service provided at the community was above average. The agent was detailed and paid attention to my needs.

The price for the apartment was reasonable. The office was small.

The community was nice and well maintained, but it was nothing out of the ordinary. Kanika had a nice personality. I would recommend this community because Kanika did a great job.

The building was centrally located in the downtown area. Parking seemed to be a bit challenging but there were plenty of transit options nearby. The leasing professional was friendly and knowledgeable. She seemed to be competent and professional. The building was older but recently converted and renovated with nice amenities as well. I would definitely recommend the community to others.

The building was a typical downtown structure, although it was appealing, it had no pool and no parking that was free with the rent. There were three parking lots available but each was over a hundred dollars a month, so not only did you have the rent to pay for but the parking as well. The loft offered nothing special except the wood floors. The sprinkler system was visible on the ceiling, indicative of a building built in 1906. There was no greenery as it sits on a main street in downtown, so there was no ambiance to the grounds. I could see how living in a loft apartment might be a real experience.

This particular apartment community was originally built as an office building and the apartments were small in scale. The greenery and landscape were scarce in and around the apartment community. The apartment community is definitely for urban living.

I was very happy with the whole visit. I found the community to be a great value for what I was going to get.

The parking was across the way and one could walk into the community just a few feet. The gym was spacious and I was also told came with a personal trainer. All apartments were lofts.

The community was very well presented and the apartments were comfortable and bright. The leasing professional presented the property with pride and explained all the amenities and leasing conditions in detail.

The leasing professional was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

This is a great property for those looking for an old fashioned loft feel to their home.

I felt very comfortable with the leasing professional. He stressed the view of the apartment a lot, which I had shown an interest in. He got me to thinking that this could be a nice place to live.

The leasing professional clearly identified and understood my needs and preferences. I believe she had doubts in being able to satisfy my preferences, but though there was a chance upon my seeing the community, I would be moved to lease the apartment. She read me correctly, and the only thing that really needed to be addressed was if I could have a personal washer/dryer unit in the apartment. She is a very good leasing professional and aims to place prospective tenants into units they will be comfortable in/with. She established the type of apartment to meet my needs.
