The community is calm and enjoyable to live at

I would recommend this apartment community but l do think the policy on towing should be modified apartment residents are held accountable for calling random tow companies with no affiliation with the complex to come tow other residents cars in the middle of the night with out bothering to notify staff, this is simply bad business for the complex and it community.

comfort and amenities

The place has really gone downhill. Dog poop is all over the lawns. The trash is always strewn everywhere. It used to be so clean and just gone down. The maintenance person has an excuse why things don’t work. He literally says if people want nice things they should buy their own home. He has a terrible attitude. He’s intimidating and not trustworthy. I would never allow him in my home alone. He gives me anxiety.

I would not. The apartment is disgusting and dirty. Literally I have the worst allergies and asthma due to the dust in the vents and carpet. The staff is so rude it’s unbelievable. The maintenance man comes in my home and plays music while my baby is asleep. Just a terrible complex. There’s dog poop everywhere around the complex.

Too expensive

Overall good experience living here and I appreciate the sense of security, but the appliances and some of the fixtures are very low end for a “luxury” apartment home. The dish washer is horrible and the washing machine is not good. Clearly a deal was made on purchasing GE products that don’t sell as well.

The community is great but the price is not.

The neighbors to the right of me blare their music at 1000pm and I’ve complained before yet nothing happens.

The Grove was a fine place to live. I liked the storage space off the patio. It had two pools which were nice and not overcrowded. It had three playgrounds for the children. I liked you could decorate the balconies for the holiday.

This was a newer property in a nice area of the community.

Would not recommend older style 2 bedrooms... master bedroom bathroom doors face inward thus rendering the master bedroom useless for that purpose; no matter the configuration of a queen bed it is impossible to make it fit in the “master bedroom”. It is now an office, unfortunately.. Also the leaking shower area under the door is a constant eyesore and attracts a lot of water ants no matter the season.

I feel a lot of effort is put into keeping The Grove looking groomed and with great upkeep... both inside and out. They are not at risk of being rundown.

Too expensive, especially considering the hard times working people have to make ends meet. Really disappointed that my rent was increased for annual renewal during such a trying time. I

I would recommend the Grove to family and friends, it is a quiet area, parks for kids and friendly people.
