There are some very troubled residents here.

The landscape is beautiful and is always kept up and for the most part it is quiet and peaceful.

Parking is bad

Some of the rules are very quirky. If you fit into the right categories it's all good...if you do not, then it might not be so good. For instance, we are not "dog people", but we could tolerate them if they didn't poop all over the sidewalk and/or bark all the time. I am, however, the proud owner of a large pickup truck that I am very meticulous about parking between the lines (as small as those lines are here). I have never, ever, heard of an establishment having a rule that says their clients cannot BACK IN to a parking stall or they are at risk of being towed! There are trucks out there that break that rule nightly - there is at least one truck out there that has been backed into a space (without being moved) since before we moved in! I would welcome the person that made that rule to come out when the lot is full and park my truck without backing it in - $100 says they cannot do it on the first try!

It is a nice place to live. There is nothing negative enough to make me not recommend it unless they could find something comparable in every way but with lower rental rates.

The only thing I do not like about living here is i do not agree the rent should go up for the tenets who have been living here. It should stay the same as the first day the leased was ever signed

nor would i ever consider moving back here.. this is not a place for people with health issues or that can not handle stairs. not a wheelchair friendly place either!

It's a nice quiet place, the gardens are kept up nicely, people are friendly and it's a nice location.

I have referred someone and they moved in the next week.

I would because the apartment is equipped with gym, pool and center, but id mention the price is too high!!
