There are a lot of positives here- great area, nicely kept grounds, attractive setting, needs are always met, there is an exercise room and pool area with gas grills, and the washer & dryer in the unit is a definite plus. I personally don't use the pool because it's not heated and too cold even in summer.

We enjoy leaving our windows and slider door opeN, it very difficult to do that when our neighbor underneath us is smoking on her patio. The smell travels into our apartment. Which is just annoying for us. If we had known a smoker was going to live underneath us we would not have moved here. IT's a shame. We understand they have their rights to do as they choose, but their right to smoke infringes on our right to have a smoke free Home.

It is a nice place to live but it's far to expensive .

location -- love the location and have recommended because of that. And safety. And allowing pets.

although the price is relatively high, the environment is calm, quiet and nice.

The apartment alone is very beautiful thats what made us to stay despite of problems from the office personnel earlier in our lease. Very clean, quite, so far very safe, maintenance is quick to fix the problem now and a nice new person in the office. No reason not to recommend.

I would because I love everything about the apartments and community but I know that the price deters people.
